Shipping & Returns

What are my delivery / shipping options?

 
We ship all orders using a courier service (DSV Couriers) using the economy option without insurance. Please specify if you would like to insure your package or have it delivered with the express option. Our shipping quotes are only valid for major centres in South Africa. 


How long does delivery take?

Courier delivery takes about 3 working days. We dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated within two working days* of receiving payment confirmation. If you pay via bank transfer or cash deposit please forward us proof of payment to info@brilliantsmile.co.za or you can fax it to us 086 666 2886 to speed up your delivery.
*Brilliant Smile Kits ship within 2-3 weeks.
 

What is the courier costs? 

 
Gel Kits = R80.00 (Economy Service) 
Smile Bars = R395.00 (Economy Service) 


Late Deliveries:

Unforeseen circumstances e.g. adverse weather, closed roads, strikes etc. could prolong the delivery time. However if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.
Late delivery is not a ground for refund or cancellation of the order.
Refunds & Returns:
Defective products may be returned for exchange within 7 days.
Return courier fee will be covered by us only for defective products.
Please initiate the process by emailing info@brilliantsmile.co.za within the 7 day period. 
We do not accept returns for products delivered correctly and not faulty.
